Become a snowman !!


    Good morning and good evening! I have in fact finished the second goal from last time. We made a plan to meet up for this weekend, when my parents will be gone. My sister will drive me. Fun fact: she can actually drive well, she does it better then my stepdad. But he is also half blind so I think my unlicensed self might drive better then him. The only thing that can go wrong is my parents put the dogs on me and my sister. But I talked it out with her and she's fine watching them while everything goes on. Truthfully, the worst part of this whole thing is the food. Okay that sounds bad however me and my sister can't cook so she's been ordering takeout. Unhealthy but I'll live till Monday. I have also been working on editing everything we DO have. Like the sick scene and the theater scene. I think it's been patched together nicely if I do say so myself, and I do say. All I need to add to those scenes is atmosphere and that is something I can well. It'll be grey-blue and be over all the scenes, even the beginning ones. I'm thinking of adding white noise to the beginning to fill the space, very low, until the music so it's not empty forever. It's a comedy and I don't want it to go into the attempted thriller category. Now that, that would be embarrassing. Birthday to whoever's Birthday it is and enjoy your days.

    Good morning and good evening! Have you ever looked at something you were making and though "I have no idea HOW I'm going to do this"? Well that's what I've been doing for the past few days. I have been thinking about how I'm going to 'direct' this. Where is the framing going to be? how should this be edited? Thing's akin to that. Intro to myself!!

     Good morning and good evening! Hello, I am Alexandra Soto, I am a artist, though I mostly focus on sketches and as such a have many different favorite artists of all different types. My favorite music artist are Ricky Montgomery, The Living Tombstone and Mitski. Although for the last two I only listens to patches of albums. My favorite physical artist (painter) however is Alexandre Cabanel, as my favorite artwork of his is his 'Birth of  Venus.' My favorite animals are Blue Jays, Sunbirds, Long Tailed Tit, and mountain Bluebirds. With all those colors you'd think my favorite color is blue, but its not, its Naples yellow and wine red. I just turned 16 3 days ago, on the named, sweater day or December 3rd. I have 3 siblings. two older, one younger, two sisters, one brother. What's common in the genre ?? Scream edition !!

     The movie Scream  is really self aware, so a lot of the "convections" it follows it says in the movies. It has medium close ups, extreme close ups, cross cutting and show reverse shots the most often. Of course a long shot when the killer is revealed. The shots are usually tracking shots of Ghost face (the killer) causing the angles to be either low angles or Dutch angles (with head tilts). Pan movements are also very common. Scream uses a lot of different shots at least one for scares. Dialogue is exchanged between every character in the movie, there was a motif for every time the Ghost face popped up, ambient sound is common during party and school scenes and there is very little non-diegetic sounds. Ghost face is in a whole black robe with a white mask, while every teenagers is in something appropriate for the late 90s.
