Clipping the leaves on the branches !!
Good morning and good evening! Now that I have finished with all the filming all the team has left is the editing. What I did right after filming is take all the clips, put them together and send them to the editor. This, ironically, is where I met the most problems. My preferred editing software, KineMaster, has a watermark when you upload a video. I forgot this and I had to redo the whole thing to put it in the corner so I was able to crop it. This took an embarrassing amount of time frankly, I am ashamed about it. Afterwards I did two things: I got a video of all the clips together with black screens in-between to make it easier to cut them out and edit. The second was get the clips individually. When I send it to my group mates some send it back just to see what it would look like I was very happy with the draft. When I watched the video, the group was talking about the coloring the video would have. I wanted to do a cooler green tone while someone wanted red and the others wanted blue. It took quite a while to decide, I put the videos in each color so the group could vote on which one the group wanted to do. In the end, the group wanted to good with a cool theme. The group chose to go with a blue-grey, so a middle in-between the grey green I wanted and the blue of the others. The transition is where I was iffy, it was boxy and kind of jagged. I wasn't sure if that was what I wanted. However, the boxy transitions worked the vibe I wanted to go with. When I rounded it out in a draft to see what it would look like, I didn't like it and am going with my group on more boxy transitions. Happy Birthday to whoever's Birthday it is and enjoy your days.
