how would I replant a tree ??


    Good morning and good evening! Have you ever looked at something you were making and though "I have no idea HOW I'm going to do this"? Well that's what I've been doing for the past few days. I have been thinking about how I'm going to 'direct' this. Where is the framing going to be? how should this be edited? Thing's akin to that. I have a plan/storyboard for what BEATS I want to achieve but so much less of the how, so I've been going through this really slowly. What am I going to film on? Apple seems to have the best camera, especially if someone's filming within another app, so probably a apple phone. How do I want to film? Well, I'm going to use lots of angles to express how G (the main character) feels about the friend group but I'm also going to going try to put G in shadows even though he's wearing white (and vice versa for the friend group). What will the transitions be? I actually want to leave all the transition up to the editor of the whole video. I just want a discussion on what they'll be so it will all fit. Where is it going to be film? The video will probably be filmed at Gloria Mall, it's what I based the background of the storyboard on. It will also probably be filmed in the garage of the mall (first shot is in that area). The park on the other hand... I have no idea, the area just needs somewhere to hide; like a tree or playground. How should the coloring look? What do I think the coloring would look like, would I make it more gray, monotone, or in the cooler scale? Would I choose to make the whole thing brighter, reds, orange and general warm? In the coming days till we shoot this is what I am thinking of, working it over and over in my head till I am happy. Happy Birthday to whoever's Birthday it is and enjoy your days.

What titles are displayed during the opening sequences? Casting by, Costume Designer, VFX Supervisor, Edited by, Production Designer, Director of Photography, Music by, Co- Executive Producer, Produced by, Executive Producer, and then title screen.  What images are prioritized in the opening sequence? The images of the different curiosities as it is to entice you. Or make you wonder. Like weird scriptures and skeletons. There's also a lot of bookcases they zoom through and secret tunnels in a way. While they also look onto a skeleton key which is needed to unlock the door. How does the film establish a feeling of the genre from the outside?  It shows weird items that give a hint of mystery. While also a creepy feeling as it goes deeper into this secret place. Moving through not only tunnels but tons of bookcases and shelves on the way. Not only making you understand the movie titles but wonder what those curiosities are in the first place.

Intro to myself!!

     Good morning and good evening! Hello, I am Alexandra Soto, I am a artist, though I mostly focus on sketches and as such a have many different favorite artists of all different types. My favorite music artist are Ricky Montgomery, The Living Tombstone and Mitski. Although for the last two I only listens to patches of albums. My favorite physical artist (painter) however is Alexandre Cabanel, as my favorite artwork of his is his 'Birth of  Venus.' My favorite animals are Blue Jays, Sunbirds, Long Tailed Tit, and mountain Bluebirds. With all those colors you'd think my favorite color is blue, but its not, its Naples yellow and wine red. I just turned 16 3 days ago, on the named, sweater day or December 3rd. I have 3 siblings. two older, one younger, two sisters, one brother. StoryBoard !!

  Good Morning and good evening! The storyboard for the mini-movie was finished, so here are the rough plans. (Note: the two main characters are in bright colors to make them pop out from the background, aka the main characters aren't actually yellow and blue)  Scene one is of the main character, Lucky, getting the bad luck that sets the story into motion. It is meant to set up her character, she freaks out at both the cat and the breaking of the mirror, two very common signs of bad luck, showing how supersitius she is already.  The second scene shows Lucky telling the other main character, Charmie, about the 7 years of bad luck for the mirror after Charmie mades a side comment about her being unlucky after Lucky burns popcorn. Charmie doesn't actually believe doing things or saying words will cause bad luck, and so this is the primary conflict.
