Reintroducing myself ?! Again !!


 Good morning and good evening! Hello, I am Alexandra Soto, I am a artist, though I mostly focus on sketches and as such a have many different favorite artists of all different types. I am in AICE A-level media studies and it has been awhile since my last post. My favorite artist now are Olivia Rodrigo, still Ricky Montgomery and Sleeping with Sirens. My favorite artist (and art piece) is still Alexandre Cabanel's 'Birth of  Venus.' My favorite color though, is now dandelion and bumblebee. My favorite birds by far now have to be the Pesquet's Parrots from New Guinea, also called Dracula Parrots. I turned 17 8 days ago, very similar to the last time i reintroduced myself. The year has been tough but I've been able to get through it and come out the other side at least more understanding of my sense of self. I'm excited to do this project, a mini movie reminds me of my old youtube channel so I think me and my partners can create a a good storyline and hopefully good visuals. Speaking of movies, my favorite movies are still The Truman show and Dead Poets Society but I did just watch the new wicked movie. It was sick, the music was really good, the acting and the storyline. I was surprised at how I really liked Ariana as G(a)linda, I knew she was an actor and broadway performer but just wow. My favorite youtubers did just end a series so I'll be binging that for the next few days. I did get merch by him and it just came in, very cool, probably my new signature sweatshirt. I'm reading new books, like the stories of Flannery O'Conner and Lolita. Both very different, ones an exploration of morally and religion while the others a psychological horror. Both have been VERY good so far and I'm very excited to see how both of them end. It's so close to the holidays over here, only a week left! What titles are displayed during the opening sequences? Casting by, Costume Designer, VFX Supervisor, Edited by, Production Designer, Director of Photography, Music by, Co- Executive Producer, Produced by, Executive Producer, and then title screen.  What images are prioritized in the opening sequence? The images of the different curiosities as it is to entice you. Or make you wonder. Like weird scriptures and skeletons. There's also a lot of bookcases they zoom through and secret tunnels in a way. While they also look onto a skeleton key which is needed to unlock the door. How does the film establish a feeling of the genre from the outside?  It shows weird items that give a hint of mystery. While also a creepy feeling as it goes deeper into this secret place. Moving through not only tunnels but tons of bookcases and shelves on the way. Not only making you understand the movie titles but wonder what those curiosities are in the first place.

Intro to myself!!

     Good morning and good evening! Hello, I am Alexandra Soto, I am a artist, though I mostly focus on sketches and as such a have many different favorite artists of all different types. My favorite music artist are Ricky Montgomery, The Living Tombstone and Mitski. Although for the last two I only listens to patches of albums. My favorite physical artist (painter) however is Alexandre Cabanel, as my favorite artwork of his is his 'Birth of  Venus.' My favorite animals are Blue Jays, Sunbirds, Long Tailed Tit, and mountain Bluebirds. With all those colors you'd think my favorite color is blue, but its not, its Naples yellow and wine red. I just turned 16 3 days ago, on the named, sweater day or December 3rd. I have 3 siblings. two older, one younger, two sisters, one brother.
